Hi, I'm Alexander
Wɔfa Kyerematen
I am Alexander Wɔfa Kyerematen, and I lead the grantmaking, capacity strengthening, integrated programming, and stakeholder engagement efforts for the Global Fund for Children across Africa. With nearly fifteen years of experience in strategic philanthropy, grant management, financial services, and consulting, I have had the privilege of taking on various roles in the field.
In my previous role, I was responsible for managing the disbursement of $120 million, supporting public-private partnership projects. Recently, my focus has been on designing and implementing strategic multi-year, multi-sector philanthropic investments that bring together private, public, and civic society stakeholders in Africa. This transition from the private sector to philanthropy has provided me with unique expertise and insights that I can offer to all those who are seeking to make a meaningful impact through their work or charitable contributions.
My true passion lies in expanding the reach of global development and fostering cultural understanding in Africa. I am deeply committed to inspiring advocacy for tangible change in places that are in need worldwide. I believe that through collaboration and strategic investments, we can drive positive transformation and create lasting impact.
